Tournament Fees
Tournaments can be very expensive. The Florida Tae Kwon Do open wants to produce a high quality, cost-effective tournament for competitors and their families. Here is a breakdown of the tournament fees.
Competitor Fee:
- $90 — Competitor chooses two (2) categories from forms, breaking, weapons, sparring.
- $15 — Additional category (excludes Team Form, Pair Poomsae, Speed Kicking & Power Breaking)
- $60 — Synchronized Team Form (fee is per team, not team member)
- $60 — Pair Poomsae aka. Pair Forms (2 people only) (fee is per pair, not per person) NEW!
- $60 — Demonstration (Demo) Team (fee is per team, not team member)
- $60 — Power Breaking (boards not included)
- FREE — Special Needs Category
- FREE — Team Spirit Category
- FREE — Speed Kick Competition (free to schools with ten (10) or more competitors. Schools with less than ten (10) competitors can enter a four (4) person team for $40)
- FREE — Highest Kick Category (free to competitors that qualify)
Coaches Fee:
- FREE – Each participating school will receive 2 FREE coach’s badges. Each additional coach badge is twenty-five dollars ($25) per badge.
Spectator Fee:
- $10 for Adults – (Proceeds will be donated to local charities to feed needy families, veterans and animal shelters for the Thanksgiving holiday.)
- FREE Children 5 & under
Food:
Concessions will be available for purchase onsite.
